1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ty666 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ty666 platform at https://ty666.club, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ty666 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

1.1 Amendments to These Terms

ty666 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, ty666 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the ty666 platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. ty666 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. If age verification reveals that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposited funds will be returned in accordance with ty666's standard refund procedure, net of any bonuses awarded.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ty666 is made available to players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions. 2.3 Registration Requirements

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) ty666 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. ty666 uses technical and analytical tools to detect multi-accounting. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all bonus balances will be forfeited, and pending withdrawals may be held pending investigation. Real-money balances deposited from verified payment methods will be returned subject to ty666's anti-fraud review.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ty666 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ty666 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ty666 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ty666 is required to verify the identity of players as part of its standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request above the applicable threshold. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Confirmed multi-accounting or use of shared devices to circumvent account limits
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions through systematic exploitation of terms
• Chargebacks or reversal of payment transactions after wagers have been placed

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, ty666 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a player requests voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ty666 will notify the registered email address prior to applying any inactivity administration fee. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimums

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ty666 wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution. ty666 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, mobile network operator, or banking institution. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the ty666 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability and KYC verification status. ty666 aims to process withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM BST on the same calendar day; requests submitted after that time will be processed the following business day.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

ty666 reserves the right to request additional identity, address, or payment method verification before releasing any withdrawal. This is a standard security measure designed to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal attempts. Processing of the withdrawal will be paused until verification is satisfactorily completed. ty666 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a player's failure to provide requested verification documents promptly.

4.5 Declined and Reversed Transactions

If a deposit transaction is declined by your payment provider, no funds will be credited to your ty666 wallet. If a deposit is credited and subsequently reversed or charged back by your payment provider, ty666 reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from your available wallet balance. Any bonus funds awarded on the basis of a reversed deposit will be cancelled in full. Accounts subject to active chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ty666 are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. By accepting any bonus, you agree to be bound by the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses awarded by ty666 are subject to a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires the player to place wagers totalling 30 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain in your account after the expiry date will be forfeited without notice. 5.5 VIP Programme

VIP status is earned through accumulation of loyalty points, which are awarded automatically on every real-money wager placed on the platform. 6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based casino games available on ty666 — including slots, virtual table games, and virtual sports — use independently certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by the player, by ty666, or by the game provider outside of the game's published mathematical model. 6.4 Technical Malfunctions

A malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round. ty666 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond the return of any stake placed during the affected round.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 General Obligations

7.2 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ty666 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such exploit must be reported to ty666 support immediately
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive game format offered on the platform
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods to make deposits

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

ty666 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. ty666 will not be liable for any loss — including loss of potential winnings — arising from platform downtime or maintenance interruptions.

8.2 Financial Losses from Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. ty666 is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform, provided that the games and results are delivered in accordance with the certified game rules and these Terms. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling budget and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

8.3 Third-Party Services

8.6 Force Majeure

ty666 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond ty666's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, regulatory change, internet infrastructure failure, cyberattacks, or other events of force majeure. ty666 will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact of such events on players and to restore normal service as quickly as practicable.
